Here’s an update of my journey towards going back into shape. I started January 4,2014 to trim down my calorie intake and do some activities to lose weight.
Here is the result .
I lost 13.7lbs for a week. How bout that?
Here are some of my recipes.
1.Grilled chicken breast and mixed veggies.
2. Cream dory fish in olive oil and mixed veggies.
3. Water spinach with canned tuna( tuna in water)
4. Sauté Chicken breast with tomatoes and peas.
5. Chicken breast with steam beans
